Dasvale is a division of Abacus Inc. We are a web design and digital growth studio in Orange County, California. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Dasvale. You can reach us at (714) 681-2970, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, or through the form at dasvale.com/#contact.
Using the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Please do not:
- Try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
- Use bots or scripts to submit the form in bulk
- Send false, harmful or unlawful content through the form
- Copy or scrape the site in a way that harms it or breaks these terms
We may block access if someone misuses the site.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, graphics and code of this site are © 2026 Dasvale, a division of Abacus Inc. All rights reserved. You may view the site and share a link to it. You may not copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.
The sample sites shown here are client or sample work, shown as portfolio. Their names, logos and marks belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those owners endorse us.
The free website inspection
The free website inspection is our professional opinion about your current website. We prepare it from what we can see publicly. It may miss things, and reasonable people can disagree with it.
Please understand what the inspection is not:
- It does not guarantee any ranking, traffic, leads or sales, now or later.
- It is not legal, accessibility compliance, security or financial advice.
- It does not create a client relationship. Neither of us has any obligation to the other until we both sign a written agreement.
You may keep the report whether or not you hire us.
Prices
This site does not offer any prices. Any pricing for our work is given separately and takes effect only in a signed written agreement.
Information you send us
What happens to the information you submit is described in our privacy policy. Please send us only information you have the right to share. Do not include health information or other sensitive details.
Third-party links
This site links to other sites, including the “Book a strategy call” page on app.dasvale.com (which runs on SuiteDash) and our sample client sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
Disclaimer of warranties
We provide this site and the inspection “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dasvale, Abacus Inc. and our owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. This includes lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. It applies to anything arising from your use of this site or your reliance on a free inspection. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or the free inspection will not exceed ten dollars ($10). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Governing law and venue
California law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. You and we agree to the authority of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
